Ciklum is looking for a Senior Product UX/UI Designer to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role

As a Senior Product UX/UI Designer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.

Responsibilities

1. Creating visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for both B2C & B2B SaaS products as well as mobile applications.
2. Showcasing a strong portfolio that demonstrates skills and a passion for creating intuitive designs.
3. Taking ownership of projects and acting as a co-owner.
4. Gathering data, analyzing, consulting, and conducting user research.
5. Producing design artifacts such as screen maps, personas, customer journey maps, and wireframes.
6. Visualizing solutions with clean & clear appealing UI designs.
7. Communicating effectively and advocating for user-centric design solutions.
8. Collaborating with team members to enhance product consistency and technical realism.
9. Participating in pre-sales activities and demonstrating problem-solving capabilities.
10. Optimizing processes within the agile workflow between design and development teams.
11. Mentoring and inspiring junior consultants.
12. Staying updated on trends in design, technology, and user experience.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX with a solid understanding of methodologies and processes.
2. Proficiency in Figma design software.
3. Strong understanding and experience with design systems.
4. Ability to interpret wireframes into high-fidelity screens.
5. Experience working in cross-disciplinary teams.
6. Fluent spoken and written English.
7. Experience with product discovery.
8. Ability to incorporate feedback effectively.
9. Interest in AI and its application in design.
10. Experience in pre-sale activities.
