Senior Product Technical Manager - Crypto&Payments

The ZEN Payments team caters to the VIP acquiring needs of our clients, including merchants looking for innovative payment methods, finance teams seeking better settlements, and customers expecting an exceptional purchasing experience.

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead one (or a few) of the following project areas:

• Developing ZENs own payment method.
• Building new products by integrating and "connecting" third-party payment/financial products with ZENs current offerings.
• Expanding our top-up and send-out product offerings within ZEN.
• Creating tools and products to boost user engagement for ZENs current and future payment offerings.

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience in a payments/fintech company or product role.
• Advanced skills in reading, understanding, and creating technical product documentation.
• In-depth understanding of business models and cash flow within the payments ecosystem.
• Experience in building payment products and integrating with third-party payment products (in a product role).

Responsibilities:

• Designing business requirements for new payments products in ZEN (stakeholder requirements, basic business modeling, value proposition, user profile, and journey).
• Guiding UX/UI designers in preparing mocks and final designs for the new product.
• Supporting the creation and acceptance of technical documentation for projects.
• Managing integrations with third-party services.
• Supporting your Product team colleagues in their projects, providing senior feedback and guidance.
