Job Description

What you will do:
This position will require the candidate to be highly collaborative, partnering with multi-discipline teams using Agile Methodologies to establish and guide quality goals. You will establish quality goals throughout the development lifecycle. As an important part of the New Product Introduction, you will work with the New Product Development Team assuring reliable and safe product through Advanced Production Quality Planning using tools such as Design for Six Sigma and Design for Excellence. You can make major impacts on product quality, collaborating with leadership across Quality, Engineering, Product Management, Business, Development, Manufacturing, and Operations. You will also require active roles in new product pilots and prototypes. You will manage the Product Quality Plan and will help guide defined risks out of the project.
You will report to TEAM LEAD, PRODUCT QUALITY, the team consists of 7 people.
You will also require supporting existing products through RCFAs, RISK Assessments, analysis, and identifying trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process material, and bulk raw materials, and recommending corrective actions. Ensure that established manufacturing inspection, sampling, and statistical process control procedures are followed. Ensure compliance with internal and external specifications and standards such as ISO regulations. Evaluate the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.
