Senior Product Owner with technical background

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the product vision, driving agile delivery, and aligning cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure the tool meets business and compliance objectives.

• Location: 100% remote
• Type of employment: B2B
• Budget: 120-150 net/hour
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine product requirements in alignment with business goals
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to ensure the timely delivery of high‑impact features
• Champion user‑centric design and iterative development practices
• Lead the integration of the Capacity Management tool with enterprise systems and practices, including SDLC, OMAR, Observability, Architecture, and Service Management
• Collaborate with platform and engineering teams to ensure seamless interoperability
• Facilitate alignment between business and technical stakeholders to maximize adoption and value realization
• Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and progress to executive sponsors and delivery teams
• Ensure the tool supports enterprise reporting requirements and complies with governance frameworks
• Embed controls and metrics that enable transparency and accountability

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in product ownership, enterprise tooling, or capacity management
• Proven track record of leading agile product development in complex environments
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Hands‑on experience with:
  • Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
  • Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Google Looker
  • Splunk
  • AppDynamics
