Job Description:

Join a team at the forefront of innovation in telecommunications and IT services. This project focuses on test automation within the realm of 5G technology, ensuring high-quality and efficient testing processes. You will be a key player in overseeing automated tests, coordinating between stakeholders, and ensuring optimal test coverage and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and control test activities provided by external suppliers, ensuring alignment with internal requirements.
• Act as the main liaison between internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Oversee the end-to-end testing process, including requirement gathering, test execution monitoring, and reporting.
• Generate detailed reports using tools such as Grafana and Elasticsearch, and present updates to senior management.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to goals, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate issue resolution by collaborating with internal teams and external contractors.
• Drive the further development of the test automation solution based on stakeholder needs.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks

• Review and analyze test reports to identify and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure test requirements are met and timelines adhered to.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders at various management levels.
• Manage project workflows to maintain alignment with business goals.
• Gather and document test requirements, ensuring clear communication of expectations.

What You Wont Do

• Write, review, or directly execute test code. This role focuses on managing and controlling the testing process and outcomes, not on hands-on coding.

Additional Information : While technical knowledge of testing is beneficial, this role emphasizes understanding the scope and coverage of tests to effectively monitor and react to issues. Training on specific tools and processes will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in managing automated testing processes.
• Proven ability to work with and manage external suppliers and partners.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.
• Attention to detail, especially in requirement definition and issue tracking.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to foster positive relationships and maintain a collaborative work environment.

Nice to have skills

• Basic understanding of mobile networks; knowledge of 5G is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Grafana or similar reporting solutions.
• General knowledge of mobile technologies and SIM card functionality.

Additional Information : Work is conducted in a hybrid system: 3 days a week from one of our office - Warsaw, Poznan or Lublin.
