You’ll also be instrumental in guiding clients on their journey towards Agile excellence. responsibilities :


  • Own the product vision: Define and communicate the product vision to ensure alignment with both the clients business goals and user needs.
  • Prioritize the product backlog: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their priorities and translate them into clear and actionable tasks for the development team, always balancing business value and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure smooth delivery: Collaborate with the development team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features, guiding the team through sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
  • Foster client relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, transparent relationships and guiding them through the product development lifecycle using Agile best practices.
  • Translate business needs into technical language: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that product requirements are clearly understood, well-defined, and feasible from a development perspective.
  • Drive continuous improvement: Lead efforts to continuously improve team efficiency and product quality, implementing Agile practices such as retrospectives, sprint reviews, and regular feedback loops.
  • Validate product features: Ensure that features meet both client expectations and user needs through acceptance testing, regular feedback cycles, and collaboration with QA teams.
  • Encourage innovation: Promote a culture of innovation within the team by encouraging experimentation, knowledge sharing, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and market trends.

requirements-expected :


  • Experience in Product Owner role (min. 3 years).
  • Proven experience in project management in the financial sector.
  • Technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, trade-offs, and new opportunities with technical team members. (min. Working with technical aspects of product; e.g. API functionalities).
  • Good knowledge of Scrum and other Agile practices (e.g. XP, Dual track). Proved by Scrum. org Certifications (e.g. PSM II, PSPO II).
  • High skills in Communication and conflict resolution.
  • Client-centric and focused on building honest, strong relations with the client.
  • Business awareness, i.e. being able to convince the client to good practices by showing tangible business benefits.
  • Analytical and observational skills.
  • Focus on continuous improvement, both on team’s and individual level.
  • Very good command of English and Polish (min. C1).
  • “Servant leadership” approach.
  • Experience in creating User Stories (with acceptance criteria and test scenarios(e.g. Gherkin scenarios).
  • Able to act as a Project Manager / Technical Project Manager if needed
