responsibilities :
Gain a deep understanding of user requirements and business operations; work closely with the development team.
Identify and engage stakeholders at the right moments with the appropriate level of influence.
Articulate the value of the user journey and the problems it addresses.
Convert platform managers strategies into specific tasks for the development team.
Oversee and prioritize the product backlog.
Guide the development team to deliver user value.
Establish a strong framework for managing operational and development tasks within the team to scale access management in NN.
requirements-expected :
A Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, software development, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience as a product owner in DevOps teams, utilizing agile methodologies and product management practices.
More than 7 years of practical experience in data management, data governance, and access management using roles or attributes.
Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, particularly within complex organizational environments.
Ability to understand complex technical issues, form well-informed opinions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.
Experience or a strong interest in working within regulated industries and understanding their complexities.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
