• Project duration: longterm
• Salary: 90-110PLN/h netto + VAT

• Coordinate between technical teams,
• Work closely with the Delivery Manager (DM) to manage product-related issues,
• Organize and manage the product backlog,
• Define acceptance criteria and support backlog refinement sessions and estimations,
• Communicate product status and manage risk, escalating to DM when necessary,
• Be highly available to the team for product questions or requirement clarifications,
• Interact with end-users and business partners to gather and analyze requirements,
• Make proactive decisions on product requirements and solutions.

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner (PO) or Product Manager (PM),
• Strong AWS knowledge, including: Architectural understanding, Core AWS services (S3, FSx, DataSync, AWS Transfer, Elastic Compute Cluster), Data-specific services (databases and graph databases), General cloud concepts (scalability, high availability, fault tolerance, cost management),
• Background in Business Analysis,
• Excellent communication and assertiveness skills,
• Strong analytical thinking,
• Flexibility for late working hours and occasional travel.
