responsibilities :
Own and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a global platform
Ensure consistency of product evolution across countries and business units
Translate strategy into actionable plans and continuously improve product value
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Reviews, Planning Poker)
Collaborate with Scrum Master, designers, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Manage product-related budget, scope, and roadmap execution
Monitor service quality, incidents, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Define and track platform KPIs and promote product adoption across the organization
Coordinate with other squads, tribes, and external suppliers to ensure end-to-end delivery
requirements-expected :
Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and product management practices
Proven ability to define product vision, roadmap, and backlog strategy
Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex needs into solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst
Fluent English (spoken and written)
