We are looking for a Senior Product Owner – Test Strategy & QA Enablement to lead quality initiatives and drive a quality-first mindset across our product teams. In this role, you will focus on test automation, QA tooling, and platform strategy, empowering teams to take ownership of their products and ensuring high-quality delivery that exceeds customer expectations.
This role is central to two strategic initiatives:
QA Platform Development (40%) – You will lead the QA Platform team, providing automation frameworks, tools, and best practices across the organization.
ERP Transformation (60%) – You will play a key role in our ERP system replacement, managing test data, environments, and cross-domain dependencies to ensure a smooth and high-quality implementation.
responsibilities :
Design and execute a company-wide test strategy.
Drive adoption of test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Browserstack) across teams.
Optimize test environments, tooling, and data management.
Ensure a seamless developer experience with robust QA support.
Collaborate with the QA Practice Lead to define and shape the organization’s QA strategy.
Own test data and environment strategy across finance, sales, and other domains.
Manage dependencies and complexity in a multi-system landscape.
Align with stakeholders to balance technical realities with strategic outcomes.
Define and communicate QA platform vision aligned with technology strategy.
Prioritize and maintain product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Create clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with developers, platform teams, QA architects, and business stakeholders.
Represent QA and testing needs in ERP governance and planning.
Track KPIs related to quality, stability, cost, and developer satisfaction.
Identify risks and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
3+ years of experience as a Test Engineer/Test Lead.
Proven track record managing test strategies, test data, or environments at scale.
Strong ability to align with stakeholders at all levels and influence decision-making.
Passion for driving change and inspiring teams around new directions and innovations.
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
