Senior Product Marketing Manager (Product Lifecycle & Revenue Growth)
E100 Marketing team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for product positioning, go-to-market strategies, cross-sell/up-sell campaigns, and building long-term customer value through retention initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Owning product messaging and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
- Launching cross‑sell/up‑sell campaigns.
- Leading GTM strategies for new launches and feature releases.
- Creating sales enablement materials to support acquisition and account growth.
- Designing retention initiatives (loyalty programs, onboarding flows, targeted communications).
- Collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to increase adoption and reduce churn.
- Partnering with Product Managers to translate technical features into customer benefits.
- Analyzing customer behavior, funnel KPIs, A/B testing, and growth metrics to improve adoption and loyalty.
- Running research on customer needs and market trends to refine value propositions.
- Reporting on KPIs: LTV, ARPU, churn, retention rate.
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of experience in B2B product marketing.
- Polish and English (B2+).
- Strong understanding of product positioning, value propositions, GTM frameworks.
- Proven track record in LTV, retention, and upsell/cross‑sell initiatives.
- Proficiency in data‑driven marketing: funnel analysis, A/B testing, cohort tracking, growth metrics.
- Ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
- Technical skills: MS Office, analytics tools (PowerBI, Amplitude or similar), CRMs (HubSpot, Creatio or similar), generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot).
- Project management & organization: Experience with task planning systems (Jira, ClickUp or similar). Excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to align with stakeholders, simplify complex ideas and influence outcomes.
