Job overview

Were seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead and scale our product marketing function during a period of rapid growth. In this key leadership position youll oversee and mentor our product marketing team, help define our go-to-market strategy, and play a crucial role in shaping our market position in the fintech space.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, sales, customer success, professional services, and partner teams to ensure they are enabled to sell and support Medius’ product suite.

Some of the tasks you will be performing

  • Grow and lead a high-performing product marketing team, providing mentorship, career development, and strategic guidance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive business growth across our product portfolio.
  • Establish frameworks and processes for market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Partner with senior leadership across Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and business objectives.
  • Drive strategic narrative and positioning for the company and products across all market segments.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to executive leadership.
  • Establish objectives and key results for the team, aligned with Medius company objectives, and ensure individual and team performance.
  • Support the execution of product launches within Medius’ product portfolio.
  • Guide go-to-market strategy, collaborating with leadership on pricing, packaging, and cross-product alignment.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives, publishing and presenting high-quality content across whitepapers, industry reports, and keynotes.
  • Drive customer engagement programs that help drive product development through customer intelligence and demonstrate product value to customers for cross-sell growth.
  • Stay informed about the latest market trends and assess their potential impact on our product portfolio.
  • Provide insights into competitor offerings, positioning, and strategic directions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand our product’s vision and capabilities.
  • Bring market insights back to the product team to help inform and influence future enhancements.

Requirements for the position

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful product marketing teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking with demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Deep understanding of B2B product marketing, particularly in financial services and technology sectors.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong people management skills with experience in hiring, developing, and retaining top talent.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and create career growth opportunities
