Overview

As a Senior Product Manager within the Funding as a Service (FaaS)/Treasury Management team at StoneX, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our Treasury Management product. You will collaborate closely with global stakeholders to modernize and consolidate treasury and funding capabilities, improving operational efficiency and delivering measurable value across StoneX.

Responsibilities

Drive the strategy and execution against the roadmap for StoneX’s Treasury Management product, ensuring alignment with the needs of global Treasury and Operations teams

Partner with stakeholders across regions to understand distributed applications, workflows, and daily operational metrics

Identify and prioritize opportunities to consolidate, automate, and streamline Treasury and funding processes

Collaborate with engineering and UX/UI teams to deliver high-impact solutions that align with business goals and technical constraints

Maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog; participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Validate that product features meet requirements and are production-ready; coordinate release activities with business stakeholders

Ensure consistency and integration across front-end and back-end systems, aligned with StoneX’s product and technology frameworks

Analyze and report key metrics to demonstrate the value delivered by the Treasury Management product

Communicate regular product updates, progress, and challenges to a wide range of global stakeholders

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a senior Product Management role within Financial Services

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong understanding of liquidity,cash management, treasury and financial operations

Proven experience managing large-scale, complex product initiatives

Familiarity with AI/ML applications in financial services operations (preferred)

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and align global stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity, drive change, and deliver measurable outcomes

Experience managing or mentoring product teams (preferred)

Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies

English language proficiency at B2+ level or higher
