responsibilities :
You will develop tech-platform-product vision, roadmaps, and timelines and manage the delivery of features and enhancements.
You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and reconcile users needs and translate them into new functionalities.
You will manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with a team of engineers to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals.
You will facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page.
requirements-expected :
Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology or tech advocacy in the Frontend/Mobile field.
Passion about tech (knowing what React / Kotlin / Swift / SDK is). Experience in developing multiplatform or no-code/low-code applications is a plus.
Problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
Ability to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs.
Interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills (including C-level stakeholders).
Agile methodologies and managing product backlog experience.
Experience designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis.
Very good business writing skills.
English at minimum B2 level and Polish at minimum C1 level.
Experience in translating business requirements into technology and vice versa
