- Experience managing business strategy and execution.
- Experience managing products from conception to launch and working with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in partnerships, collaborating with enterprises on creating technical solutions.
- Ability to work with senior executives, product leaders, and senior engineering leaders across Google.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

In this role, you will be joining a fast‑paced environment where new discoveries are frequent and require constant adaptation. You will manage direct customer interaction, high impact, and challenging trade‑offs.
Responsibilities
- Lead PRDs by collaborating with partner teams (e.g., engineers, program managers, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn PRDs into OKRs for multiple teams.
- Contribute to the ambition of creating an engaging business messaging platform.
- Spend time with customers, users, and partners around the world, both virtually and physically, understand their needs and translate them to the future of global communication.
- Identify the highest impact opportunities both for Google and the entire RCS ecosystem, which could be related to AI‑powered agents, conversational design, commerce, trust and safety, personalized brandSilent engagement, or other areas.
- Enable brands to create an engaging customer experience.
