Core Responsibilities: The role encompasses two broad areas of responsibility:
Strategic Vision & Alignment: Setting the strategic vision for the product, placing the customer and their needs at the center of all decisions. Ensuring team priorities directly support business outcomes for customers, the product, and both technical and enabling teams. This requires continually aligning the product strategy and objectives across customer, product, technical, and enabling teams. Product Backlog Management: Managing the product backlog, which involves prioritizing the work of assigned squads to realize the product vision and aligned strategy.
