responsibilities :
Understand the key Aha! moments when customers realise buying their equipment from expondo was the right decision and create experiences to increase no. customers who reach these moments
Understand the lifecycle of customers equipment within the context of their business continuity and create engagement opportunities for customers to keep using expondo and find ways to monetise those engagements
Manage digital experiences across order fulfilment, product usage, returns, service and advocacy stages of the customer journey
requirements-expected :
5 years of experience working as a Product Manager in the E-commerce industry
Ability to identify problems in the context of business strategy
Ability to uncover hidden customer needs that the product should address
Passion for solving problems, ability to challenge the status quo, and experience in establishing product operations and processes from scratch
offered :
Rate up to 140,00 PLN/h + VAT
Hybrid work (at least 1 day a week working from the office)
