Project Areas

• Improve effectiveness of the financial crime prevention platform (build capabilities that drive accurate identification of fincrime while reducing false positives).
• Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements (build platform-wide compliance features) – focusing on Client Due Diligence processes (Onboarding, Periodic Reviews, Enhanced Due Diligence, Risk Scoring).
• Drive process automation in Risk Operations – ensure our processes are efficient and deliver best user experience (including self‑service capabilities).

Requirements

• You know how to solve business problems through technology and can explain the solution in a spec loved by business (as it’s easy to understand!) and cherished by developers for all the details they need to build.
• You make decisions based on evidence – you derive insights from data, define metrics and analyse them.
• You can have a lively discussion with developers – because you understand cross‑system dependencies, technical architectures, APIs.
• You make things happen – you know where work stalls, why and know how to inspire progress, also in complex projects that involve multiple teams. You attack problems head on.
• 3rd party integration via API – hold my beer! I will Postman it out.
• You deeply care about the client and can immediately spot imperfections in UX.
• Nice to have: experience with financial crime prevention, KYC, regulated products.

• Manage delivery of product features coordinating work of multiple individuals / teams.
• Define and track key product performance metrics.
