The Role

We are seeking top-tier candidates to join us in a pivotal role where you will be at the heart of our mission.


As a Senior Product Manager, you will indeed play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our product. You will drive outcomes across your product portfolio, ensuring that solutions are not only viable for our business but also add significant value to our customers. This responsibility entails overseeing the entire product lifecycle, collaborating closely with peers, and guiding team members to achieve the desired results. Your influence will extend to shaping team plans and customer personas, driving product strategy, and delivering exceptional outcomes for our global customers. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team in your timezone, contributing to their professional growth and development.

Product Strategy:

  • Take ownership of portfolio plans and customer personas, driving strategic decisions that align with business objectives.
  • Identify and seize growth hacking opportunities, fostering an innovative mindset within your team.
  • Cultivate partnerships that enhance your product portfolios value proposition.


Product Development:

  • Lead the creation of comprehensive product roadmaps across your portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage dependencies and mitigate risks to ensure smooth delivery of roadmap items.
  • Establish clear success metrics and align roadmap objectives with OKRs to drive measurable outcomes.


Product Governance:

  • Drive success for your product portfolio through rigorous measurement and analysis.
  • Lead presentations on portfolio updates and insights during the monthly product forum, and facilitate company-wide updates on roadmap progress, learnings, and recent deliveries.
  • Contribute to shaping Equiem’s Product Development Framework and Ways of Working, shaping the future of our product development processes.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure holistic alignment and execution of product initiatives.
  • Foster an environment of open communication and collaboration, enabling efficient and effective teamwork.


Recruitment & People Leadership:

  • Play a key role in recruiting, developing, and managing a small team of direct reports, nurturing their growth and success within the organization.




Who Were Looking For:


Were on the hunt for passionate individuals who are not afraid to dream big and make those dreams a reality. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience and expertise in proptech sector.
  • A creative mindset with a hunger for innovation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A relentless drive to excel and exceed expectations.


Product discovery & delivery:

  • Ability to coach Product Managers + Product Designers on modern product discovery and delivery techniques as needed.
  • 5 years working on technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
  • Ability to drive delivery of product discovery and development activities from a management perspective.


Data-informed:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data and metrics to drive product decisions and measure success.
  • SQL and data query skills.


Communication & engagement:

  • Proven ability to engage with peer and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • You will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic.


Problem-solving:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, able to think with a growth hacker mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.


Customer focused:

  • Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Able to respond to RFPs and participate in customer meetings (as appropriate).


Commercial acumen:

  • Able to assess feasibility & de-risk investments.
  • Developing strong relationships with prospects and vendors.
