Senior Product Manager (dotUltimate B2B solution)

Our .NET and game dev tools include ReSharper, Rider, and a suite of profiling and code analysis tools such as dotCover, dotMemory, dotTrace, and dotPeek. In addition to individual tools, we offer development packages like dotUltimate, designed specifically for the .NET market. As we aim to expand further into the B2B space, we’re looking for a product manager who can deeply understand the needs of this segment and collaborate across products and teams to deliver real value to our business clients. This role is pivotal, requiring strong cross‑functional alignment, team collaboration, and a primary focus on prioritizing customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the product discovery process to validate product‑market fit, using insights from user research, usage data, and collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Conduct UX and market research to gain insights and make informed decisions.
• Identify the product metrics needed to monitor success and make data‑driven decisions.
• Generate, prioritize, and test hypotheses.
• Put the customer first and the product second, prioritizing the needs and pain points of the target audience.
• Define and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap addressing short‑term and long‑term goals.
• Work closely with engineering teams to clearly define problems and assist with solution design, delivery, and iteration.
• Collaborate with analysts, technical writers, developer advocates, marketing and growth teams.
• Cooperate with authors of third‑party libraries, frameworks, and tools.
• Continuously explore potential partnership opportunities and drive thoughtfully selected ones.

Qualifications

• Technical education or experience in software development.
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B solutions.
• Deep understanding of product metrics.
• Familiarity with programming languages and modern software development practices.
• Proven ability to define product strategy and drive execution across multiple teams.
• Experience working with technical products and engineering‑heavy teams.
• Track record of customer‑centric thinking and the ability to translate user problems into product opportunities.
• Proficiency in English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to work through both the discovery and delivery phases of product development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience writing code in C#.
• Background in developer tooling (IDEs, code analysis, CI/CD, version control).
• Familiarity with major software development platforms, e.g., IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, VS Code.
