Why Box Needs You

As the Senior Product Manager, Developer Platform, you will lead the roadmap, vision, and priorities for Box’s Developer Platform tooling – the experience that enables external customers to build custom integrations. You’ll drive measurable impact by enabling a thriving ecosystem of tools and services for Box customers to build custom applications. In this role you will partner with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, UX, and Support to ship features that make our customers successful.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the strategy and roadmap for Box developer platform tools, such as SDK, API management, and CLI.
• Apply your understanding of developer and business audiences to build a rich and thriving ecosystem of partner‑built integrations and drive customer adoption.
• Work closely with Partners, Customers, User Research, Analytics, and Marketing to understand market and customer needs.
• Define and continuously monitor, measure, and report on key business and customer metrics.
• Prioritize opportunities, define requirements, and execute cross‑functionally (Engineering, Design, Analytics, Pricing, Legal, Sales, Marketing) to take features from concept to launch.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in enterprise developer tools suites.
• Experience building developer‑facing products such as APIs/SDKs, platforms, and cloud services.
• Excellent customer presence and ability to communicate with executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including experience presenting to senior executive audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a technical field (highly preferred).

Work Arrangement

Box expects you to work from the assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week, specifically on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
