Job Description

A hybrid work model requires 3 days a week in the office.

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Product Manager for the Delivery Experience area. Currently, we have several teams that need support. Our teams are working on different projects, including:

• Delivery experience development: creating products/services/features to enhance customer & merchant experience
• Develop own operations and create best delivery experience (network of One Box, One PUDO, One Courier in Poland and other countries where Allegro Mall Group is operating)
• Work on competitive advantage and customer loyalty
• Deliver the best experience on a big scale, including international markets - most of initiatives are cross-functional, including different customers & stakeholders

We are looking for people with:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in Product Management & Project management (product development, working on customer experience, delivering solutions on a big scale, preferably for international markets, roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation, dependencies management)
• Experience in designing and implementing changes based on A/B testing and data analysis
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs
• Ability to see the product through the eyes of the end customers and understand their needs
• Fluent in Polish and English (Czech would be an additional benefit)
• Experience in creating IT products based on microservices/monoliths, preferably experience in delivering products while working in different technological stacks/excellence in cooperation with internal dependencies and external suppliers/partners
• Understanding of the data-driven design concept

In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:

• You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand and reconcile the needs of users and translate them into new functionalities
• You will manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with multiple teams of engineers working in different architecture/on different systems to ensure work is aligned with strategic goals
• You will develop product roadmaps and timelines, and manage the delivery of features and enhancements
• You will facilitate communication across different teams and stakeholders to align objectives and ensure everyone is on the same page
