The Senior Product Manager in Supply Network Operations will lead, deliver & manage products involving Data, Reporting, Visualization & Advanced Analytics in the area of Supply Network planning, Product Lifecycle Management and operations . In addition, this role is expected to be an expert in delivering decision science solutions in Operations – SNO domain. The products are expected to help the business to take better decisions and build value for them.
responsibilities :
Acting as the strategic partner & consultant to senior team members of the domain both in IDT & business.
Provide thought leadership in building advanced analytical tools & decision science capabilities for supply network operations & product life cycle management domains.
Working with Data Science & Data Engineering CoEs to deliver capabilities, managing product requirements and backlogs, delivery plans and product roadmap for next 3 years.
Be the brain behind the evolution of the product in the area of responsibility.
Support 3 to 5 product implementations at a given time in partnership with centre of excellence of Dev Ops & Data Science
Engage & manage global stakeholders with the skill to translate business problems into D&A asks and D&A outcomes to business solutions.
Deliver outcomes efficiently within agreed SLAs, fostering a continuous improvement attitude.
Coach junior team members, promote D&A culture, and ensure compliance with data, privacy, and ethical standards.
requirements-expected :
Graduate in Engineering / Computer Science/ Statistics / Economics / Analytics.Minimum of 10 years of hands-on working experience in D&A Product management & Delivery out of which minimum of 5 yrs in domain of Operations/Supply chian especially in Supply Network Planning & Operations preferably in FMCG companies.
Expert hands-on experience in the following areas:
Supply Planning Analytics Designing
Good hold over modelling, AI, ML and other modern techniques
Basic knowledge of Power BI along with understanding of UI / UX tools
Experience in Azure cloud, parallel processing
Exposure to RDBMS tools like SQL, Oracle along with SAP;
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly express ideas and solutions.
Capable of delivering results in ambiguous and dynamic environments as part of a global, cross-functional team by fostering partnerships and diplomatic collaboration.
Proficient in driving innovation and promoting knowledge sharing.
