Our team is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Conflicts of Interest Platform) for one of our clients.

The Project (Conflicts of Interest Platform) – This role is part of the Conflicts team within the Risk group at the Client organization. The team manages a cloud-based product supporting the conflicts of interest (COI) process, which has been operational for 2.5 years. The system holds significant firm data and is used to manage legal and regulatory COI processes across the firm.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze user requirements.
• Write user stories and participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Lead and support implementation of new use cases.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of data within the COI platform.
• Perform data evaluation, sanitization, and support data integration.
• Collaborate on designing and implementing key metrics and dashboards.
• Conduct regular data audits and define their scope.
• Support onboarding of new data sources and evaluate business rules around data.
• Work alongside engineering teams to ensure successful data integration.

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

• Product management experience working with data-centric systems.
• Strong interest in working with large and complex datasets.
• High-level understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines (e.g., AWS Glue, Kafka).
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams on data integration.
• Understanding of the importance of data accuracy and business rules.
• Willingness to quickly learn about conflicts of interest and their use cases.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in conflicts of interest, risk, compliance, or legal domains.
• Background in regulatory or legal environments.
• Familiarity with platforms like Intapp or iManage.

English: Advanced
