Your Role And Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership and Growth
   
   Owning certain product areas, contributing to the strategy, steering growth and continuous improvement.
2. Agile Team Facilitation
   
   Fostering an Agile team environment, maximizing productivity throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
3. Innovative Development
   
   Driving innovative development with a roadmap centered on maximizing customer outcomes and minimizing technical debt.
4. Strategic Contribution
   
   Co-shape strategy for owned product areas, by aligning multiple stakeholders, delivering valuable outcomes, and realizing the intended impact.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
   
   Collaborate and support other functions in the organization for accelerated business growth and product market success.

Preferred Education

Masters Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

• Min 5 years in a product management role or equivalent
• Proven end-to-end product development expertise from discovery to launch; focused on delivering innovative customer-facing capabilities, driving both user satisfaction and business growth
• Proficient communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders, as well as with customers and partners
• Ability to apply metrics, to measure product success and evaluate strategic directions
• Strong technical acumen, previous development experience is welcome

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Industry affinity and/or experience: past product management experience in large enterprises in some of these areas: Strategic Portfolio Management, Enterprise Agile Development Practices, Developer Productivity, and Project Costing.
