We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Product Manager with a background in Banking to join our growing Product team. As the Senior Product Manager with Agile Product Owner responsibilities, you will be responsible for a selection of our Banking offerings.
You will be instrumental in developing your product in line with our organisational strategy, translating our vision into tangible product and rolling out of new offerings to the market. You will have the responsibility of managing new ideas from concept to launch, working closely with colleagues across the business.
You will be leading the delivery of clear product communication and documentation, including marketing briefs, product development updates and feature descriptions.

What will you bring to the role?
You have a passion for Banking products and capabilities with a focus on the share plan business. You will be a collaborative individual with the ability to build great, long-lasting business relationships at a global scale. As the Senior Product Manager, you will have extensive experience as a Product Manager or Agile Product Owner.
You should be able to choose the right level of detail, understand the requirements and focus on clients needs whilst keeping the overall strategy in mind. Your previous experience will have involved providing strategic ownership for one or more complex products and services.
You also have excellent interpersonal communication skills providing the ability to present and explain information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others and promotes understanding and consensus.
