Customer Insights: PM must understand user requirements and translate them into product requirements. This also involves direct interaction with internal clients.
Roadmap Planning: prioritising product feature backlog and development for the product.
Integration with cross-functional Teams: PM must work closely with engineering, technical leaders, technical executives, and support teams to ensure a successful product launch and post-launch activities.
Measurements and KPIs: defining success metrics/KPIs and tracking performance against them.
Stakeholder Management: engaging with diverse internal stakeholders.
requirements-expected :
Have proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in project management (roadmapping, resource planning, risk assessment, stakeholder cooperation).
Understand software development lifecycle.
Have a lot of experience in data analysis and interpretation.
Have exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills.
Are experienced in Agile methodologies and managing product backlogs.
Have excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Are able to see the product through the eyes of the clients and understand their needs.
Know English at min. B2 level.
