responsibilities :


  • Strategy & Execution
  • Define the Vision: Collaborate with key partners and internal teams to shape the product vision and ensure it aligns with both partner and business goals.
  • Own the Roadmap: Create and maintain a clear roadmap, balancing the strategic needs of our enterprise partners with the scalability of our platform.
  • Facilitate Planning: Lead quarterly and sprint planning sessions to ensure alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Enterprise-Focused Discovery
  • Collaborate Deeply: Work closely with a few key enterprise partners to understand their unique needs, processes, and pain points.
  • Solution Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions with partner teams to co-create tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Anticipate Needs: Use your knowledge of the partner’s industry and operations to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Iterative Feedback: Ensure frequent, structured feedback loops with partners to validate solutions and adapt based on real-world usage and feedback.
  • Delivery Excellence
  • Drive Execution: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope, balancing partner-specific requirements with internal capacity.
  • Track and Communicate Progress: Monitor delivery milestones and provide clear updates to both internal teams and partners.
  • Manage Dependencies: Ensure alignment between all stakeholders, resolving conflicts and removing blockers as needed.
  • Stakeholder & Relationship Management
  • Build Trust: Establish strong relationships with enterprise partners by acting as their advocate and ensuring their needs are prioritized effectively.
  • Manage Expectations: Proactively communicate scope, timelines, and delivery risks, maintaining transparency and credibility.
  • Internal Alignment: Act as the voice of the partner within the organization, ensuring internal teams understand and address partner-specific goals.

requirements-expected :


  • 4+ Years of Product Management Experience: Proven experience working in B2B environments, especially with enterprise clients or large-scale partnerships.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1 level). Polish is also required.
  • Enterprise Discovery Expertise: Strong ability to collaborate directly with partners to uncover their needs and co-design impactful solutions.
  • Delivery Excellence: Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on execution and on-time delivery.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Comfort working with senior executives and external partners, balancing competing priorities with tact and diplomacy.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to leverage data and partner feedback to make informed decisions and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive and Results-Oriented: A driver personality who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of outcomes.
