Senior Product Manager – Digital Hub (Warsaw)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Hub in Warsaw. You will lead and co‑create the vision and strategy for the Product Supply Analytics & AI domain, partnering with digital lead functions, business sponsors, engineering teams, data scientists, architects and analysts. You will own the full product lifecycle for analytics & AI solutions, driving differentiation and value for our customers from conception to decommissioning.

Responsibilities

• Define, develop and execute analytics & AI product strategy, including features and criteria for evaluating vendors/partners.
• Design the analytics & AI vision while gathering and prioritizing requirements, partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders up to senior leadership to drive flawless implementation.
• Lead and manage an internal & external team in an agile fashion, designing and launching new analytics & AI products.
• Orchestrate product launches and releases, including internal user training.
• Align with data assets, analytics & AI strategy by building and contributing to internal data assets.
• Ensure all products deliver business value, usability, viability and feasibility.
• Drive change and influence beyond IT, cultivating cross‑functional collaboration to realize business outcomes through data & analytics.
• Generate insights that accelerate data‑driven culture and decision‑making across Bayer Consumer Health.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Master’s degree in computer science, business, management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience, ideally in an agile environment leading product supply domain projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• High analytical drive and a demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem‑solving skills, combined with strong business judgment.
• Ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
• Ability to influence effectively by presenting data in a compelling way.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
