Company: a European ecosystem of technology companies specializing in marketing, e-commerce, and data management solutions. Product portfolio: primarily focuses on Generative AI and AI Orchestration Platform.

Role: You will develop new products in line with market demands, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from planning to implementation. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between IT and business units, focusing on optimizing business solutions.

Work location: Poland, remote

Reports to: CTO

What will your daily tasks look like?

• Overseeing all product lifecycle stages, including planning, development, launch, feedback analysis, and updates.
• Research and discover in detail how this vision can be distilled into clear features solving real problems for our customers and delivering value.
• Define and evolve the product vision for agentic AI systems and orchestration platforms.
• Align AI capabilities with business goals, user needs, and emerging market opportunities.
• Advocate for responsible artificial intelligence principles, including safety, transparency, and ethical application.
• Drive integration of external tools, APIs, and data sources into the orchestration layer.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Stay on top of competitor activities and current market trends.

What will help you get the job done:

• ✅ Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• ✅ 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company.
• ✅ Nice to have: Good understanding of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, multimodal models, diffusion models).
• ✅ Nice to have: Experience with agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, and MCP-based architectures.
• ✅ Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• ✅ Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• ✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• ✅ Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams (development, marketing, customer support, etc.).
