To continue driving innovation and excellence in logistics software solutions, we are seeking a talented leadership personality for Poland , with proficiency in both Polish and German .

In this role, you will take full ownership of one of the company’s flagship products, driving its vision, strategy, and execution. With a hands-on mentality, you will shape development processes, collaborate with tech teams and customers, and ensure the highest standards of product quality. You will have a direct impact on workflows, mentor team members, and drive the product’s continued innovation in the logistics software sector.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Product Leadership: Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery.
2. Process Development: Refine processes for product discovery, development, testing, and releases.
3. Mentorship: Mentor team members in creating specifications, managing workflows, and gathering feedback.
4. Cross-Team Collaboration: Facilitate communication and alignment between tech teams, users, and customers.
5. Quality Assurance: Oversee product testing and ensure releases meet high standards.
6. Customer Engagement: Gather insights from users and customers to drive product improvements.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar leadership role in a tech environment .
• Fluency in Polish, German, and English .
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management .
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Experience in mentoring and developing team capabilities .
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
