Role: You will manage existing product lines to improve profitability, develop new products in line with market demands, and oversee the entire product lifecycle from planning to implementation. Additionally, you will act as a bridge between IT and business units, focusing on optimizing business solutions.

What will your daily tasks look like?

Overseeing all product lifecycle stages, including planning, development, launch, feedback analysis, and updates.

Research and discover in detail how this vision can be distilled into clear features solving real problems for our customers and delivering value.

Define and evolve the product vision for agentic AI systems and orchestration platforms.

Align AI capabilities with business goals, user needs, and emerging market opportunities.

Advocate for responsible artificial intelligence principles, including safety, transparency, and ethical application.

Drive integration of external tools, APIs, and data sources into the orchestration layer.

Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Stay on top of competitor activities and current market trends.

Qualifications

• ✅ Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• ✅ 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software company.
• ✅ Good understanding of Generative AI technologies (LLMs, multimodal models, diffusion models).
• ✅ Experience with agentic AI systems, orchestration frameworks, and MCP‑based architectures.
• ✅ Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• ✅ Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
• ✅ Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
• ✅ Proven ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams (development, marketing, customer support, etc.).
