We are expanding our AI‑powered product globally and are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our Lock Screen solution, delivering personalized content directly on users’ devices. Based in Poland, you will own the product vision and roadmap, working closely with our engineering team to define, build, and improve features that meet real user needs. This is a key role on a high‑impact team, shaping how millions engage with content through intelligent, user‑first experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire Lock Screen product process and flow:‑term execution and mid‑to‑long‑term scaling, with a focus on video content.
• Research, gather feedback, plan, and deliver key market‑fit product features.
• Work closely with business leadership to move conceptualization to execution swiftly based on aligned timelines.
• Create product roadmaps and manage timeframes effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage go‑to‑market processes for new product/feature launches through collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Prioritize pain points based on business and client impact, and collaborate with engineering to optimize time to market.
• Improve product features to enhance satisfaction rates on partnering organizations as well as end‑consumer experience by providing feedback to the Product Engineering team through structured, consistent periodic review sessions.
• Track product performance effectiveness and set up relevant performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Prefer to have previous working experience in a consumer‑facing internet product.
• Proven work with a minimum of 5 years in a Product Manager role, preferably in the Internet, Consumer Technology sector.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written) in English and Polish, as well as social and negotiation skills.
• Strong cross‑functional leadership management skills, understanding workflow from front‑line business to back‑end product and tech functions.
• Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural organization and deliver a positive employee experience.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize competing priorities, and thrive in a high‑growth, startup environment.
• Highly adaptable, resourceful, and creative.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and passionate individual willing to take full ownership.
