About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of technical solutions that enhance customer engagement and our loyalty platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross- functional teams, and drive impactful results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product lifecycle, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into actionable plans
• Partner with customers, sales, and product teams to plan strategies and create impactful features
• Drive feature value creation across teams and integrations
• Advocate for customers, integrating their feedback into product decisions
• Shape product strategy, identifying market opportunities and differentiation
• Contribute to roadmaps, incorporating input from stakeholders
• Analyze product metrics for optimization opportunities
• Communicate updates and project status transparently to stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and tech advancements to inform product direction

Requirements:

• Lead product lifecycle, leveraging 5+ years of technical product management experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate technical requirements into actionable plans, using Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Partner with customers and teams to plan strategies, integrate feedback, and prioritize features
• Drive feature value creation across teams, ensuring successful project delivery within budget
• Advocate for customers, prioritize backlog, and bridge technical and business requirements effectively
• Shape product strategy, identify market opportunities, and apply continuous improvement methodologies
• Contribute to roadmaps, set clear goals and priorities, and gain stakeholder buy-in
• Analyze product metrics for optimization, utilizing strong analytical skills
• Communicate updates transparently to stakeholders, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Stay updated on industry trends, leveraging end-user experience and deep understanding of cloud-native technologies
