What does this role involve?

• To ensure that the end‑to‑end value for each Product within your scope is delivered from ideation to retirement.
• Providing the vision and direction for all products within your scope, ensuring roadmaps, objectives, priorities, goals and success criteria are delivered and communicated across the team.
• Align product strategy and roadmap with wider IT and business functions.
• Working closely with stakeholders, cyber security, internal teams and partners in order to ensure smooth implementation of requirements.
• Managing your products from concept through delivery up to adoption.
• Managing the team of direct and indirect reports, ensuring sufficient team capacity, clear team member goals and development plans.
• Influencing and contributing to overall product portfolio development and value.
• Leading product teams engagement with users/stakeholders to understand paint points and successes and use feedback to optimise Product roadmaps.
• Leading definition of KPIs to measure product tooling adoption and business value.
• Managing external partner relationships to drive high quality delivery.
• Managing product line budget with accountability of the financial performance of the line.
• Responsible for identifying and building the necessary capabilities for their Product Line.
• Ensuring compliance with Reckitt internal procedures.

What are we looking for?

• An experienced Manager who has worked with a diverse set of technology products along with managing the end‑to‑end process.
• Has experience in managing teams (both external and internal).
• Experience in implementing solutions based on Microsoft technology is an advantage.
• Has strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product operating model.
• Has skills in capturing and generating requirements, creating product strategy, vision and roadmaps.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English.
• Experience in managing diverse groups of stakeholders from across business functions, including providing visibility to senior leaders (C‑suite).
• Previous experience with digital tools, automation and process digitalization.
