We’re looking for an outcome-oriented Senior Product Insights Analyst to join our clients Product Operations team. In this role, you will define how we capture, access, and use data to enable better decision making across the Tech and Product organization.
You will partner closely with clients Product, Engineering, Business Intelligence, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to transform data into actionable insights about their product portfolio health, business performance, and operational efficiency.

responsibilities :
Design and implement data collection strategies to capture key metrics related to product health, user engagement, and business performance.
Analyze product usage data to inform strategic product decisions and support the prioritization of the roadmap.
Develop automated systems for gathering and analyzing internal and customer feedback, combining quantitative data with qualitative insights.
Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, business reviews, and ad-hoc analyses to support data-driven decision-making at the leadership level.
Define and monitor process productivity metrics to identify bottlenecks in the product development lifecycle and recommend improvements.
Establish data governance practices for product telemetry in collaboration with Business Intelligence teams.
Ensure high data quality, accessibility, and proper documentation for consistent usage across the organization.
requirements-expected :
5+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Proven experience in designing and implementing data collection frameworks and automated reporting systems.
Solid business acumen and product intuition, with the ability to define key performance indicators, interpret user behavior, and align data insights with product strategy and business goals.
Excellent communication skills, with a track record of managing multiple projects and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
High level of ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguity—comfortable navigating complex organizational structures, solving problems independently, and adapting to changing business needs.
