We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team, with a special focus on AI-driven product innovation. In this role, you will shape how AI transforms the employee experience—from streamlining workflows to unlocking growth and learning opportunities. You will also play a critical role in influencing and inspiring colleagues and stakeholders to think and work with AI, embedding it into both our product and our ways of working.

Benefits listed above are part of the compensation package for contract of employment. 

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar role, with strong end-to-end UX and UI skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI applications in product design (e.g., generative AI, automation, personalization, intelligent workflows).
• Passion for staying ahead of AI developments and translating them into meaningful product opportunities.
• Ability to use data & customer insights to make decisions (quantitative + qualitative).
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and inspire colleagues at all levels.
• Experience working in agile, cross-functional product teams.
• A portfolio showcasing design leadership, complex problem solving, and AI-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with business-level fluency in English.
