About this role

Our Design Team is the largest team within Flying Bisons. We bring together the best of Flying Bisons design capabilities and, with support from other departments, help our clients use digital technology to drive their businesses and transform their digital platforms. As part of the Design Team, youll have the opportunity to work on products that reach millions of customers, shaping their digital experiences.

You will typically work on projects across various industries and functions, though weve recently focused mainly on the Public Sector, Banking, Telco, and E-commerce. You will help our clients develop breakthrough products, experiences, and businesses.

As a Senior UX Designer / Senior Product Designer, youll participate in and eventually lead the design phases responsible for creating digital products and services.

How will your daily work look like?

• Direct cooperation with clients (with the support of Consultants and Project Managers)
• Leading design projects
• Mapping user flows, defining information architecture, and designing wireframes and interfaces
• Working in an end-to-end digital process
• Collaborating with other designers, as well as with an interdisciplinary team (digital consultants, researchers, strategists, developers, and data analysts)
• Mentoring junior designers
• Improving workflow and defining internal processes

What qualifications do you need to join us?

• 6+ years of documented commercial experience
• Extensive portfolio of commercial projects, ideally including B2C platforms, mobile apps, and e-commerce
• A lifelong learner who continuously strives for knowledge and deeper understanding
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English
• Experience working closely with development teams
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
• Good understanding of business and technology
• Extreme attention to detail

 14 000 - 16 000 PLN + VAT
