The Product Design department oversees the entire product development process or upgrades the existing product designs. By identifying and characterizing the issues, we design solutions scaling from technical to human-centered methods.

responsibilities :
Collaborate closely with the product trio (Product Manager, Product Designer, and Engineering Manager) and the wider team to tackle NordPass business and user experience challenges;
Participate and support the team throughout all stages of the product development workflow. This includes framing and validating problems, defining functional requirements, mapping out user flows, providing user-centric insights, and designing solutions to assist our customers;
Transform ambitious, broad scopes and complex ideas into clear, manageable, and intuitive solutions;
Continually refine the designed solutions based on insights from UX research, quantitative data, business requirements, and technical considerations;
Work with Business Intelligence, UX Research, and UX Writing teams to ensure the teams efforts align towards creating a world-class product;
Foster a feedback culture by offering and receiving constructive criticism from fellow designers, either individually or in a group setting;
Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the Design Guild and the larger product organization;
Actively contribute to strategic design initiatives to elevate quality and professional growth within the Design Guild.
requirements-expected :
At least 3+ years of product design experience building digital products;
Evidence of shipping cross-platform products (Desktop/iOS/Android);
Ability to present and articulate your design decisions and rationale to peers and stakeholders;
A can-do attitude and a strong sense of ownership towards the product you are working on;
Good communication and collaboration skills;
Case studies showcasing end-to-end product design work;
