Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-friendly tools that support global customers in navigating complex construction data, visualizing project progress, and coordinating multidisciplinary work — all while contributing to the broader mission of improving sustainability and transparency in the building industry.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or Interaction Design
• Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work for complex digital products
• Strong skills in user research, prototyping, wireframing, and UI design
• Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with international, cross‑functional teams
• Experience with design systems and component‑based design
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical constraints
• Fluent English (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from discovery to delivery, including research, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and final UI execution
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, elegant, and user‑centered experiences
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products and platforms
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment
• Advocate for design thinking and user‑centered methodologies across the organization
• Present design concepts and defend design decisions with strong rationale
• Mentor mid‑level and junior designers, contributing to a high‑performance design culture
