As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-friendly tools that support global customers in navigating complex construction data, visualizing project progress, and coordinating multidisciplinary work — all while contributing to the broader mission of improving sustainability and transparency in the building industry.
responsibilities :
At least 4 years of experience in designing real products (mobile + web)
A portfolio with case studies showcasing your process and outcomes
Excellent knowledge of Figma: components, variants, autolayout, prototypes
Experience working with Development teams — both Mobile and Web
Ability to independently lead the full design process
Fluent communication in English
Willingness to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw or the Tricity area
requirements-expected :
Designing a mobile application (React Native) and a web application (React)
Creating user flows, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes
Building and maintaining the design system
Collaborating with the development team and participating in user interviews
Iteratively improving the product based on feedback
