That means we operate with a **founder’s mindset**: strong ownership, clear communication, and a relentless focus on quality, impact, and business outcomes — the kind you’d expect from top-tier design teams.As we scale our ambition and push toward next-generation, system-first quality, we’re looking for an accomplished **Senior Product Designer** to join us and play a key role in shaping complex digital products end-to-end.The RoleWe’re looking for a **Senior Product Designer** who combines **deep UX thinking**, **system-first design expertise**, and **exceptional UI craft**.This role is for someone who understands that modern product design is built on **scalable systems**, **rapid exploration through prototyping**, and **evidence-based iteration** — not one-off screens.
