Overview

We’re looking for a strong, experienced Product Designer with a FinTech background – someone who can operate confidently within a large enterprise environment and contribute to shaping a mature design culture across the organization. Currently we’re developing an application for an international client in the FinTech industry, dedicated to banks and financial institutions.

Your Daily Missions

• Work closely with the Product Owner on the usability backlog – identifying and resolving usability issues, improving user flows, and elevating product experience.
• Combine innovative thinking, technical understanding, and financial domain knowledge to translate business requirements into effective, user‑centered design solutions.
• Collaborate with Front‑End Development to ensure smooth design‑to‑dev handover and implementation quality.
• Maintain and improve the existing design system while leading the creation of its next‑generation version.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the design team and help build a strong, collaborative design culture within a global enterprise context.

The Essentials We’re Seeking

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design / UX/UI, ideally within FinTech or other data‑intensive B2B SaaS products.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills – ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and ability to translate complex systems into clear, usable design solutions.
• Excellent command of Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design system management.
• High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, enabling effective collaboration in an international environment.
