Were looking for a seasoned Senior Product Designer to join our team (hybrid or remote).
About you
You’re a product-minded designer who cares as much about behaviour and business impact as about visuals.
- You have a portfolio that shows real digital products (web/mobile apps, not just marketing sites)
- You’re fluent in Figma and have strong experience with design systems (components, tokens, documentation, handoff)
- You’re comfortable moving between product strategy, UX flows, and interface design — and you know when “good enough” is enough for a sprint
- You’re curious about metrics: you like to understand what moved activation, conversion, or retention — not just ship screens
Your Responsibilities
You’ll be a core part of a small, senior team, owning end-to-end digital product design for:
- 0→1 MLP sprints — from shaping product bets with founders to delivering ship‑ready designs.
- Strategic redesigns — untangling messy, grown‑in‑the‑wild products and turning them into coherent, conversion‑ready experiences.
- Design systems — building and evolving Figma‑based, tokenized systems that keep products consistent and dev teams fast.
You’ll work directly with founders, product leads, and engineering teams.
Our Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in digital product design (Product Designer / Senior Product Designer or similar)
- A strong portfolio of shipped products (B2C experience is a plus)
- Expert‑level Figma skills, including design systems, components, and prototyping
- Proven ability to simplify complex problems into clear, engaging user experiences
- Excellent communication skills — both in async collaboration and in live client sessions
- Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, small, senior team without heavy process
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- PL based (for time zone and legal reasons)
