We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to help drive great design for our Search product features. Our Search features allow our customers to navigate large volumes of case data as well as leverage powerful AI capabilities to find the truth and act on it, whether building a case for litigation or performing an investigation.

In collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Applied Data Scientists, you will help identify and analyze user needs and pain points, develop innovative solutions that address these needs while meeting business objectives, leverage the latest in AI and machine learning, and employ your design skills to define, build, and validate outstanding user experiences.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Help create and see through the vision of our current and future Search features.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplined teams throughout the product development process, from discovery through to implementation and continuous product improvement.
  • Lead user and stakeholder research to develop a deep understanding of our clients and users, as well as their current behaviors and expectations.
  • Synthesize user feedback, product analytics, and business requirements in order to develop and explore impactful ideas and product solutions.
  • Create mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate your designs to both internal and external stakeholders, and help vet and prioritize solutions in highly iterative and collaborative processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to provide them with detailed designs and requirements and assist in their implementation and validation via Agile methodologies.
  • Participate in the internal development of our design system, Aero, lead the front in defining our standards for visualizations, as well as evangelize and help coordinate its adoption across our company.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience leading the design and usability efforts for a leading B2B SaaS/cloud product presence, and in particular for data-rich search features.
  • Experience in the field of document and/or content management.
  • Experience closely collaborating with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Proven experience using user research to develop and inform the UI.
  • Advanced knowledge of technical aspects of UX across desktop SaaS platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Knowledge of Applied Data Science concepts (machine learning, large language models, etc.) or prior experience working with Applied Data Science a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript a plus.
  • Advanced degree a plus.

Minimum qualifications:

  • 6-8+ years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, multimedia designer, or similar.
  • Demonstrate a portfolio of work with a proven track record for solving difficult UX design problems with intuitive and highly interactive interfaces for customers.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between 225000 and 337000 PLN.

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidates depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
