The Transactional Banking Design Team designs & builds global payment features and products for millions of retail banking customers around the world. Were a team of product managers, developers, analysts, UX writers and designers based in Kraków, London, Hong Kong, Pune, and China.
We are searching for a Senior Product Designer to join the Transactional banking team. Youll be creating UX and UI designs for payments solutions and help re-invent the old ones too. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create world class experiences for our customers.
responsibilities :
Work alongside product and business stakeholder to develop customer centric design solutions - aligning business and customer needs.
Discover and define customer needs by collaborating with research teams to drive a user-centered design approach.
Develop exceptional design experiences and flows, prototypes and pixel perfect UI leveraging and contributing to the HSBC design system.
Setup and run workshops and collaborative working sessions with stakeholders and designers to align on best-in-class design solutions.
Validate your ideas and designs through concept testing and usability testing.
Continually support global design, creating consistent experiences across all HSBC locations and platforms.

Experience building products for Android, iOS, and web.
Strong visual design skills. An in-depth working understanding of design systems, UI and interaction design.

Strong understanding and application of user-centred design methods and principles.
Experience working and collaborating with a diverse team. Taking tech, risk, and business teams on a journey with you.
Ability to strongly articulate your design work and rationale to your peers and cross-functional team.
A qualification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or the equivalent professional experience.
