As a Senior Product Analyst, you will work on strategic analyzes creating directions for the development of our product and assessing the impact of initiatives on the organizations financial results. At Allegro Pay, analytics is at the heart of our product!
responsibilities :
Contribute to creating a strategy and setting the direction of activities in the area of financial services offered on Allegro
Give recommendations based on your analysis to the main decision-makers within Allegro (you’ll have a real impact on shaping the customer behavior on our platform)
Create new processes based on data while maintaining best practices in the area of software engineering
Participate in the design of business processes using data products and in their production implementation
requirements-expected :
Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the role of data analyst or data engineer (experience gained in consulting or financial institution is most welcome)
Know SQL fluently, write complex SQL queries, have experience in SQL query optimization
Have some experience in creating dashboards in BI tools (Tableau preferred)
Care about repeatability and reusability of code (knowledge of Git is an advantage)
Have some experience with Python in data processing and analytics context
Know how to transform data into knowledge, draw conclusions and give insightful recommendations
Want to develop both technically and business-wise
Are independent, proactive, inquisitive and meticulous, eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities

Know Polish and English at least at B2 level
