We are collaborating with a prominent online fashion and beauty retailer in Europe to find a Senior Product Analyst. This role focuses on analyzing and creating reports about sustainability interactions within the retailers Customer Experience department.
responsibilities :
Develop a dashboard to report on sustainability interactions, enabling the Product Management team to track progress across various touchpoints.
Assist in creating a Return on Investment (ROI) model for the sustainability team, specifically assessing the long-term financial impact of the sustainability customer experience.
Effectively collaborate across a variety of technical and non-technical functions to drive toward common product goals.
Collaborate with other analysts, data scientists, engineers, and commercial colleagues to unleash new sources of data and know-how.
Autonomously manage analytical projects, identify efficiency opportunities, and support decision-making with insights from descriptive and inferential analysis.
requirements-expected :
We are looking for someone who can seamlessly integrate into the role of Senior Product Analyst, and who can navigate ambiguity and complexity after the onboarding process.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a data-intensive analytics role, such as AnalyticsOps, Digital Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Intelligence, preferably within the e-commerce sector.
A BA/BS or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related discipline.
Strong proficiency in SQL-based languages, preferably using BigQuery or Redshift.
Competence in Python or similar programming languages for data transformation and analysis.
Experience with dbt and Airflow.
Skills in data modeling, developing data pipelines, and data visualization.
Familiarity with tracking and analyzing onsite user behavior using tools like Google Analytics or equivalent services.
Experience with dashboarding tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy.
Knowledge of experimentation and A/B testing, including the setup of experiments and evaluation of results, particularly using the Eppo tool.
A mid-level understanding of statistical analysis, with deeper expertise available in other Applied Scientist roles.
