Responsibilities

• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with product managers to validate hypotheses and assess outcomes against business metrics.
• Work with data engineers to ensure the right data is generated and collected.
• Take an active role in enhancing data‑driven recommendations.
• Support and maintain the infrastructure of user events and data flow.
• Take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining ongoing dashboards and their underlying datasets.
• Monitor key metrics, identify business trends.
• Present product and customer data‑driven insights.
• Conduct A/B experiments.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with mobile products in a Product or Data analyst role.
• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to execute optimized queries using multiple data sources.
• Practical experience (4+ years) with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• Strong understanding of statistics and A/B testing concepts, including confidence intervals and hypothesis testing.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data, create reports, and recognize patterns.
• Self‑motivation, proactively going beyond the call of duty.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English language proficiency – B2 minimum.

Would be a plus

• Higher education (mathematical or technical).
• Experience as a lead analyst.
• Experience with Python (standard statistical libraries).
• Data quality expertise in BI.
