(Senior) Produce to Engineering & EHS Process Specialist (SAP PM Solution Design)

Join Boehringer Ingelheim as a senior specialist focused on SAP PM and EHS process design, validation, and engineering integration. You will work in a global team that applies agile methods to continuously improve company processes.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Ensure process and system changes are managed according to validation rules, documenting and analyzing proposed solutions in collaboration with GBS experts.
• Support the execution of business tasks required to deploy approved demands under Release Management coordination.
• Perform and document assigned training in a timely manner, following the curriculum.
• Implement standard processes on time and within budget, ensuring a validated state of the system.
• Manage the execution and documentation of testing activities.
• Participate actively in projects using Agile methods and tools.
• Work within projects and be measured against KPIs/SLAs, striving for continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior)

• Guarantee compliance and validated state of processes and systems.
• Collaborate with Process Management to address inquiries from local Key Users.
• Design and maintain efficient global standard processes.

Qualifications

• English fluency.
• 2+ years experience in a similar position (5+ years for senior role).
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology or equivalent.
• Experience in regulations and processes related to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Computer Systems Validation (CSV) regulations: GAMP5, 21CFR Part 11, CSA framework, EU Annex 11, Data Integrity regulation.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP PM module.
• Experience with EHS (SAP solutions) is advantageous.
• Good knowledge of GxP (Good Practices) regulations.
• Experience with agile methods (e.g., SCRUM, Kanban) and tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with prioritization ability.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and a structured work approach.
